Returns & Refunds
All sales are final, no return and no refund policy – customers who make a purchase will not be able to return items for a replacement or refund. As products are second-hand items at clearance prices they are considered final once sold.
Wrong item, If the item received is not the one purchased on the website, please do contact us at email@example.com with your order number and a picture of your received items. You will receive an acknowledgement email from us within 2-3 working days. After which, our team will review and will let you know the next steps.
Delivery & Self Collection
Self-collection is possible every Monday and Wednesday from 3 to 5pm only.
Lead time: 3 working days
The pick-up address is: 218 Pandan Loop, Loading Bay 18 and 19.
Kindly do WhatsApp us at 8725 6627 at least 24 hours before collection so we can get the items ready to collect.
All items purchased on our website can also be delivered for a flat fee of:
100 SGD for locations with cargo lift or ground floor drop off
150 SGD for locations without cargo lift or multi-story address
You might want to combine more items. Once order completed, our team will get in touch with you and organise the delivery.
